H&R BLOCK CRM DESIGN SYSTEM
The Challenge
We were tasked to create a CRM library that was modular and efficient. With tight turnaround times for the 2022 tax season, the emails needed to feel cohesive but unique to each campaign. H&R Block had several properties and assets with each with a different brand treatment. We set out to create two distinct CRM libraries, one for their main H&R Block and Block Advisors business lines, and one for the launch of the the new Spruce App.
Modular Components
Multiple always-on components were created which enabled the team to output quickly and efficiently while keeping the look and feel unique between emails.
Launch of the Spruce App
In 2022, H&R Block would launch a financial app called Spruce which aimed at helping people be better with their money. I was tasked to create an additional design system that coincided with the new app's look and feel.
